Kindly read the following policy to know about our shipping and delivery rules.

  We deliver our products in a variety of packing materials depending on the nature of the product. For e.g. all our jewelry products are shipping in our characteristic Light of Venus box, while all the gift items such as Writing Instruments or Fragrances are shipped in the manufacturer’s box which is then put in our sealed bag.

  Sunday is not counted as a working or business day.

  Do not accept parcels that are clearly tampered, damaged or mishandled.

  We advise all shoppers to open the package in front of the delivery person to ensure that your items are delivered in good condition, and to report to the person (and to us) in case the item is damaged or tampered. In case the item shows signs of damage or tampering, return the package to the delivery person.

Where do we ship our products?

Currently we ship our products in 3 countries; India, U.S.A., and U.K. By January 2010, we will be delivering all over the world!

How Much Does It Cost?

Shipping all over India is free!
For the other countries, shipping charge depends on the destination, the number and nature of item(s) to be delivered. To know the shipping cost to your country, either contact a Light of Venus shopping friend, or place an item in your shopping bag and proceed to checkout; you will know the shipping cost in the process.

How Do We Ship?

Currently our Logistics partner is one of the world’s leading courier service, Blue Dart/DHL Express service. But by January 2010, we will be adding more shipping modes.
